Must watch videos of the week

With the passing of many famous celebrities, its easy to see how precious life is and how we shouldn't take it for granted. RIP Ed Mcmahon, Farah Fawcett, and the King of Pop MIchael Jackson.

With the king of pop passing away a lot of dedication videos have been coming out. One in particular is a really good one, is performer Jane Lui doing her rendition of "You are not alone" with a mix of Ave Maria. Jane Lui is a real good performer as I have performed with her before at a talent show at SDSU. Check this video out and see how great this song is. You can find more of Jane Lui's stuff here.

On another note, this past week the hip hop crew Deep Foundation debut their video for Sleep f/ Jay Legaspi, now I posted about Deep Foundation before. But personally the way the animation was made really stood out for me. Check it out.

Lastly, I found a treasure on youtube with an artist who used anime in his music videos before anime got big here in the US. I really give this guy props because when I saw his videos, it pretty much gave a spark of interest about anime. Now I originally wanted to post Matthew Sweet's Girlfriend video, but I can't find it anywhere. So here's another one of his videos where he uses anime.

My homie's trip to Europe

A good friend of mine recently went on vacation. He took a little amount of video footage and multiple pictures. But with his artistic skills, the video he created came out fucking fantastic. I'll say it again... fucking fantastic.

Check it out

You can see some pics from his journey here

This just makes me want to create a video of mine own.

Man I'm jealous.
